How do I exchange an item?

If you need to exchange an item, we are happy to take it back within 90 days. We will even send a we'll even send a free pre-paid return label!

To exchange an item...

1. Enter a new order for the item you actually need

2. During the checkout process, type the following note into the comments box - "Please include a free prepaid label for the return of my last order"
 
3. We'll ship your new order normally
 
4. We will also email you a free postage paid return shipping label.  Use this shipping label to return your original order - please write your original order number on the outside of the box. You may leave this package in your mailbox for pickup by the USPS or drop off at your local Post Office.

5. When we receive the original order, we'll refund your credit card or PayPal Account for the items you've returned. International shipping charges are non-refundable.
